This year, ThINC turns 10! From a wee seed of an idea whilst gardening amongst friends, ThINC has grown into what it is today - a space for nature-lovin’ people to explore, learn, engage, and collaborate on conservation and stewardship activities here on Thetis Island.
In celebration, please join us on Saturday, July 9th for a day of nature appreciation, dinner, and dancing! At 2pm, we invite you on a guided walk with biologist Carrina Maslovat & children’s treasure hunt through Fairyslipper Forest. And from 5-9pm there will be a feast, Mediterranean themed, and live music and dance with caller Doug Paterson and music by award winning fiddler Ivonne Hernandez and guitarist Cy Thompson!
